Control panels
At Etsprit, control panels are made to measure using chemical etching. A control panel is a plate on which switches, buttons, lamps, gauges, displays and sometimes monitors are mounted for operation and reading. The panel is used to operate a device, appliance or complex system in a building or factory. Multiple panels are merged into consoles. At Etsprit, texts and/or images are etched and recesses for switches, buttons, lights, gauges, etc. are cut out for you. This can be done in combination with mounting welding studs.

Chemical etching has many advantages. For example, an etched control panel is resistant to wear and the control panel remains legible thanks to the relief, even in heavy-duty user conditions! This is ideal for safety signs, which are expected to be wear-resistant. Safety panels such as high voltage signs, or signs with indications such as “No Swimming” and “Beware! Hazardous substances” and more will last for years if chemically milled.
